At PedalCraft, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, we’re here to provide a smooth and straightforward return process. Please review the details of our return policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date to qualify for a refund or exchange. All products must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, helmets, clothing, and other wearable items can only be returned if they are unworn and have all original tags attached.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@pedalcraft.co.uk or call 020 4525 1292. You will receive detailed return instructions.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product. We do not offer pre-paid return labels. Once your return is processed, you will receive a confirmation and a refund will be issued within 10 business days.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund will be processed within 10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for items that are in new and unused condition within 30 days of delivery. If you need a different size, color, or product, please contact us to arrange the exchange. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs associated with the original item, but there is no additional charge for shipping the exchanged item back to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch with us immediately. Send us photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including all shipping costs.
