Eligibility for Returns

For hygiene reasons, helmets, clothing, and other wearable items can only be returned if they are unworn and have all original tags attached.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product. We do not offer pre-paid return labels. Once your return is processed, you will receive a confirmation and a refund will be issued within 10 business days.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund will be processed within 10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for items that are in new and unused condition within 30 days of delivery. If you need a different size, color, or product, please contact us to arrange the exchange. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs associated with the original item, but there is no additional charge for shipping the exchanged item back to you.

Shipping Policy
At PedalCraft, we provide reliable and straightforward delivery services for all your cycling needs. We offer delivery to customers’ addresses within the UK mainland at a flat rate of £3.49. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail unless otherwise agreed.
